and Wilcox is a sewer, water, underground utilities and street lights contractor
specializing in the Underground installation of utilities systems and sewer
connections for large tract home and commercial projects. We also install
sewer systems and storm drains for onsite projects. We can assist our customers
from the early stages of the project, such as the joint trench meeting
and coordination with utility companies through the design, permit to the
final inspection. We have connected thousands of homes to sewer utilities
